The New Paradigm

 CSI has created a new paradigm for equipment condition monitoring making it more effective and affordable for facilities across the globe. Now facilities, which were excluded from advanced condition monitoring because of limited resources, can enjoy the benefits of tecnologies such as vibration and oil analysis. For facilities that are struggling with shrinking or refocused resources, the reliability program effectiveness and viability can be maintained and increased. Even facilities with strong vibration programs can increase plant coverage with existing level of resources.

The new paradigm is CSI's Analysis Services. With Analysis Services, the raw machinery condition data is collected in a traditional method. The analysis is performed quickly and responsively using advanced tools and processes at our off-site Analysis Services Center. The asset condition and analysis results are immediately posted to a secure internet location for access from any location. In addition, the Analysis Services staff will make personal contact with the appropriate facility staff to review analysis results and make maintenance recommendations. Personnel are immediately contacted if serious problems are discovered. Analysis Services is like having a fully equipped, world-class reliability team on your staff except for the cost.
